Amirtha sanjeeviis a higher form ofpanchagavyawithout cow dung and cows urine smell. In addition to the ingredients ofpanchagavyait contains fruit juices and herbs likebilva, tulasi, guduchiandaswagandha.It is prepared by fermentation process like beer.

வல்லாரைப் பொடி 200 மி.கி. அளவோடு, வசம்பு  200 மி.கி. (பெயர் சொல்லாதது), வெந்தயப் பொடி, அரிசித் திப்பிலி, மஞ்சள் தூள் (கொம்பு மஞ்சள்) சேர்த்து சம அளவு எடுத்துக் கொண்டு காலை மாலை சாப்பிட்டு வர வேண்டும்.
